Extension hair is not provided. If your style requires added hair, you’ll need to bring it yourself. Please know your desired style before your appointment.

Consultations are required for most services. Check your selected service’s preparation instructions, and share hair or scalp concerns, recent chemical treatments, or product sensitivities beforehand.

Your appointment time is reserved for you. If you're running late, please communicate. Repeated disregard for appointment times may affect future bookings.
Arrive style-free
Do not arrive wearing a previous hairstyle unless you booked a takedown service.
